How are 'Candidates Analyzed' counted?
A candidate is counted only when their resume is fully parsed and vectorized by our engine. You are not charged for duplicates or failed uploads.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We provide a soft buffer of 10%. Beyond that, we'll pause new ingestions and notify you to upgrade to the next tier or add a capacity pack.
Is my data isolated from other tenants?
Absolutely. We use logical isolation for all vector namespaces. Enterprise plans offer physical isolation options.
